兵庫県神戸市生まれ。
2008
大阪芸術大学卒業。
2012
初個展を開催し、作家活動を本格的に開始。
2014
フランスで開催された「HETA-UMA / MANGARO」に参加。
2015
MOMURAGにて個展「floccinaucinihilipilification」を開催。
excubeにて個展「濁ハルシネーション」を開催。
ヴィレッジヴァンガード アメリカ村店にてオリジナルグッズを販売。
2017
画集『MONUKE』を刊行。MANDARAKE Web Shop、タコシェなどで販売。

吉祥寺WARP「RESTART」に似顔絵で参加。
Masayoshi Suzuki Gallery（愛知）で開催されたグループ展「Zinbutsu／人物」に参加。
2019
レインボー倉庫3（東京）にて、写真家・中山桜、ラッパー・オオヤヨシツグとの三人展「死にたいけど超生きたい。」を開催。
中野ブロードウェイ・ファンシーショップでことらんどにて個展「ダレゾ」を開催。
ホテルナゴヤキャッスルで開催された「ART NAGOYA 2019」に、ロサンゼルスのThe Hive Galleryとの共同展示で参加。
こだま、高石智一による合同誌『でも、こぼれた』の装画を担当。
『ダ・ヴィンチニュース』の企画にて、NIROTAKAが着彩した仮面を使用。
2020
個展「VOIDNOISE」を予定するも、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響により開催中止。オンラインでライブペインティングを配信。
新宿ゴールデン街・tomorrowにて個展「gloomy203」を開催。
2021
Halle Saint-Pierre（パリ）で開催された「TRANCHÉE RACINE」に参加。
関連公式図録『Dans les têtes de Stéphane Blanquet / In the Heads of Stéphane Blanquet』に、Takayuki Futakuchi名義で作家紹介と《I don’t know》《Best couple》《Who?》《Root rot》の4作品を掲載。
市場大介が編集する「迷惑派」に作品を掲載。
2022
池袋PARCO本館7F ARTIE’S PARCOにて個展「CALM LIFE」を開催。
アニメーション作家Luca Dipierroによる『THE CADENCE: A Tale of Paper and Cloth』のメインビジュアルを制作。同作はチェコのKarlovy Vary International Film Festivalに出品。
MAKKENZ「ギャルとギャル男はギャル男とギャル」のジャケットアートワークを制作。
2024
新宿眼科画廊にて、加護志音との二人展「Herring Roe」を開催。
2026
作家名を「NIROTAKA」に統一し、活動を再始動。

Born in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan.
2008
Graduated from Osaka University of Arts.
2012
Held his first solo exhibition and began his artistic career in earnest.
2014
Participated in “HETA-UMA / MANGARO” in France.
2015
Held the solo exhibition “floccinaucinihilipilification” at MOMURAG.
Held the solo exhibition “Daku Hallucination” at excube.
Released original merchandise at Village Vanguard Amerikamura.
2017
Published the art book MONUKE, distributed through MANDARAKE Web Shop, Taco ché, and other outlets.
Participated in “GOREDECK in TOKYO 2017” at MOGRAG GALLERY.
Held the solo exhibition “EISEIDEINEI” at Yorozu no Marema, Kichijoji, Tokyo.
2018
Held the solo exhibition “STRANGE DAYS” at Taco ché, Nakano Broadway, Tokyo.
Participated in SUMMER SONIC 2018 “SONICART,” presenting a live painting performance.
Participated in “RESTART” at Kichijoji WARP as a portrait artist.
Participated in the group exhibition “Zinbutsu / Portraits” at Masayoshi Suzuki Gallery, Aichi.
2019
Held the three-person exhibition “Shinitai Kedo Cho Ikitai.” with photographer Sakura Nakayama and rapper Yoshitsugu Oya at Rainbow Soko 3, Tokyo.
Held the solo exhibition “DAREZO” at Fancy Shop Decotrand, Nakano Broadway, Tokyo.
Participated in “ART NAGOYA 2019” at Hotel Nagoya Castle as part of a collaborative presentation with The Hive Gallery, Los Angeles.
Created the cover artwork for the anthology Demo, Koboreta by Kodama and Tomokazu Takaishi.
A hand-painted mask by NIROTAKA was featured in a project published by Da Vinci News.
2020
The planned solo exhibition “VOIDNOISE” was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, a live painting performance was streamed online.
Held the solo exhibition “gloomy203” at tomorrow, Shinjuku Golden Gai, Tokyo.
2021
Participated in “TRANCHÉE RACINE” at Halle Saint-Pierre, Paris, France.
Featured under the name Takayuki Futakuchi in the related official catalogue Dans les têtes de Stéphane Blanquet / In the Heads of Stéphane Blanquet,
with an artist profile and four works: I don’t know, Best couple, Who?, and Root rot.

Held the solo exhibition “CALM LIFE” at ARTIE’S PARCO, Ikebukuro PARCO, Tokyo.
Created the main visual for animator Luca Dipierro’s The Cadence: A Tale of Paper and Cloth. The film was presented at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in the Czech Republic.
Created the cover artwork for MAKKENZ’s “Gal to Gal-O wa Gal-O to Gal.”
2024
Held the two-person exhibition “Herring Roe” with Shion Kago at Shinjuku Ophthalmologist Gallery, Tokyo.
2026
Unified his artistic practice under the name “NIROTAKA” and began a new phase of his career.
